To avoid communication issues try to discuss all the issues openly without any bias. Don’t just start arguing but try to understand the intent of other person’s comment. Have faith in other person and listen with cool mind and this alone with help in avoiding conflict .
Admit , not blame : In a conflict situation if you try to blame the other person for all the happenings it will have a multiplying effect turning a bad relationship into worse relationship. Think positively if you think you may have started the conflict then admit it . It will create a respect in other persons mind and it will effectively end the blame game .
Character Attacks are worse : All persons are very sensitive about their character and if some one tries to attack their character it becomes unforgivable . Be aware that character of a person is not build in day but a result of his upbringing , family , social interaction and it may not be possible to change in a flick. Attacking one’s character is taken as attacking upbringing , family , social interaction so never ever go in to attacking character.
Don’t Refuse to talk
This is the biggest obstacle in resolving relationship conflict. It hurts two ways one , it keeps other person away from the answers that he or she is seeking and causing growing conflict and two , it build up the conflict as other person is not ready to disclose why he is unhappy.
Why relationship fails ?
Fact of the matter is that most relationships can be Salvaged but the reason they end up in failure is the lack of guidance . In schools , colleges , books , magazines we learn to fix cars , credit , money problem, house etc but nowhere we get the correct advice on how to get your ex back or how to prevent relationship from breaking itself.
